Frequently Asked Questions

What size are your prints?

Each piece lists approximate sizes on its product page, but if you’re planning a wall layout, framing, or working with a designer, you’ll find exact measurements below.

All prints include a white border. Framed sizes represent the full outer dimensions, including the frame. Frames are handcrafted in the UK from solid wood.

When will I receive my print?

Prints ship via DHL from the UK. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks from the time you place your order (closer to two). Need it faster? Get in touch, we’ll see what’s possible.

Do you offer framing?

Yes. Framing is available as noted in the product listing. Each framed print comes in a solid wood frame that’s clean, modern, and built to complement the artwork rather than compete with it. Framing is handled by a professional UK framer using archival materials and gallery-standard finishing.

What frame do you recommend?

These prints carry a lot of color and movement, so minimal framing tends to look best. I recommend white frames, which are sleek and modern options that keep the focus on the artwork.

For more details, visit the Framing page (link).

Are prints returnable?

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If your print arrives damaged in transit, contact me right away, I’ll work with DHL to resolve it. If your print arrives defective, return it within 7 days and I’ll replace it and cover your return shipping. Your satisfaction matters; I want your experience collecting my work to be exceptional from start to finish.

How are the prints made?

Each piece is a museum-quality giclée, printed with archival inks on heavyweight Hahnemühle fine art paper — known for its exceptional color depth, texture, and longevity.
